Kandi Burrus explains her role in the ‘RHOA’ fight

Kandi Burruss is owning up to her role in the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” that dominated social media Sunday. The reality star admitted that she overacted when Cynthia Bailey’s sister, Malorie, pushed her while trying to break up Todd Tucker and Peter Thomas. On last night’s episode viewers watched as Burruss went ballistic and threatened to “drag her [Malorie] in this b—!” She later apologized but not before being accused by Cynthia of acting like a thug by issuing a death threat.

And while she’s now cooled her jets significantly, Kandi tweeted Sunday that Bailey was exaggerating.

“I never said I would kill her,” wrote Burruss. “Cynthia is exaggerating. I said I was going to drag they [sic] a–. At the time I meant it but I felt bad later,” she added.

According to Malorie, who was at the center of the blowup, she too was at fault and overreacted at the time.

Kandi also added that she regrets the entire incident.
