Yesterday, after several weeks of speculation, Ciara finally revealed on a segment of “The View” that she’s pregnant with her fiancé, Future’s, child. The super protective mother to be had little else to say about her pregnancy, keeping details about her growing family close to her chest and growing belly. But some details may have slipped through to the press as news has surfaced that Ciara allegedly has a protective tour contract with Future about their baby.
According to TMZ, Ciara had a “keep it clean” clause written into Future’s tour contract to ensure that when she was on the road with him that the backstage environment was “clean,” which meant no smoking, lots of healthy food and nothing detrimental to the baby’s health.
Sources claim that Ciara is about seven months pregnant and her and Future’s camps have known about her pregnancy for months, working to keep the couple’s child a secret and keep Ciara’ pregnancy a peaceful one.
However, though Ciara was able to work the “clean” clause into Future’s contract, the clause has pretty much under used as Ciara has only been on two tour dates with Future, reportedly skipping the rest because of horrible morning sickness.
Considering the typically wild and crazy backstage life of most rap stars, we can’t blame Ciara for wanting to have some peace and tranquility while on the road, for a little while at least, with her fiancé.
