The Baby Boom generation is in line for a healthy dose of nostalgia now that funny man Will Ferrell has remade the 70’s TV show “Land of the Lost.” Sticking closely to the premise of its predecessor, Ferrell attempts to inject his special brand of humor into a project that probably shouldn’t have been resurrected in the first place. The punch lines feel contrived, and the plot is laughable … but not in a good way. This is definitely not a shining moment for Ferrell. –dewayne rogers
