Al B. Sure Honey I’m Home Hidden Beach
It’s been over 20 years since Al B. Sure made being light-skin hot with
his timeless debut, In Effect Mode. With his new album on Hidden Beach,
he shows that time has done nothing to diminish his smoothness. Picking
up where In Effect Mode left off, Al B. Sure’s romantic undertones and
luscious production are the perfect backdrop to any mellow evening. On
the playfully sexual, “Top of Your Lungs” he shows off his falsetto
over smooth production. He keeps it moving on the groovy mid-tempo “All
I Want To Do.” All in all, this is a solid release from a silky voiced
R&B veteran.
