R&B Diva Kelly Rowland (Ms. Rowland if you’re nasty) joins the likes of Beyonce and Oprah in having the best week ever as her sexy, seductive smash hit “Motivation” feat. Lil Wayne has hit Billboard’s No. 1 spot on the R&B/Hip-Hop charts. After 10 week’s at a consistent No. 2 spot, the single beat out Miguel’s “Sure Thing, “ which was at No.1  last week. “Motivation” also surpassed Chris Brown’s “Look at Me Now,”—this also reached No. 1 a few weeks ago.
The song is the first single off of her third album, “Here I am” which was titled this way because it will provide listeners with an inside view as to where Rowland currently is in her life at this point and time. It shows this Independent Woman in a different light, a light that has everyone in love with this new woman. Ms Rowland says, “Hey world…here I am, this is me,” and I say yes, there you are Ms. Rowland, we saw you being all seductive and steaming it up in the video, girl—more power to you my sistah!  If you haven’t seen the “Motivation” video yet, make sure you proceed with caution and have an ice bucket handy because the song and video are HOT…HOT…and did I say HOT?!! I know I’m not the only one who can’t wait to see what Ms. Rowland has in store for us next.
