One of the most anticipated moments at The American Black Film Festival Awards show was not only who the winners of the independent films were, but also who was looking dashing on the red carpet. Many appearances were made, from celebrities like Eric Benét, Laz Alonso, Regina King, Anthony Anderson, Terrell Owens, Melyssa Ford and many more. In our opinion, actress and Miss Black USA 2010, Osas Ighodaro worked the heck out of her one-shouldered, fitted dress while accepting the award for producer Melissa Miller.
Some other award show highlights, of course, came from co-host Anthony Anderson who opened the show talking about his personal demands upon arriving in Miami. Some of them included “four white women” and “a mixed breed” since he was in Miami, three ounces of cocaine, weed, a case of Don Julio and, finally, his “sexy co-host,” Regina King.
