Eat a Healthy Breakfast
Don’t save calories by neglecting your body’s needs and fasting until dinner. Your body will retaliate by burning lean muscle. Saving room for a huge mid- to late-day meal is a no-no. Eat a healthy breakfast and something for lunch (fruit, nuts, crudités, for instance). To not eat the first half of the day is a sure way to overeat at the Thanksgiving table.
