5 Healthy Holiday Eating Tips for Thanksgiving

Drink Lots of Water

If you do drink at least eight 8-ounces of water every day anyway, this will not be hard for you. But, if not, consider making a pot of green tea instead of coffee. The antioxidants can’t be beat and there are a variety of flavors to choose from. Have a serving of melon or an orange with your breakfast and you’ve just increased your water intake.  Drink a bottle of water during the drive to the Thanksgiving meal or as you place the finishing touches on the big meal. And with all that great food, there is no better palate cleanser than a glass of water to accompany dinner.
