Comedian Patrice O'Neal Dies at 41 From a Stroke; 5 of O'Neal's Funniest Moments

Patrice O’Neal made great strides in establishing himself as a respected stand-up comedian. For nearly two decades, his edgy brand of comedy gained him fans from across the nation and allowed him to be a mainstay on “Comedy Central.” But due to health complications that stemmed from a stroke and diabetes, O’Neal died at 41.

His untimely death should help raise awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and exercising on a consistent basis.
