Britney Spears and Kevin Federline
After divorcing in 2007, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline agreed to joint custody. But Kevin later filed for full custody of their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, claiming that Britney’s alcohol and drug addictions were a risk to their children. In October 2007, Kevin was awarded full custody of their sons, after Britney was caught driving her kids without a license. With her family’s help, Britney was able to gain visitation rights in 2008.
