Fashion Fetish boutique owner Cynthia Davis launched her business with only $100. “Some people think that businesses have to start from a whole lot of money,” Davis tells rolling out. “In the beginning, I literally started with $100, and I managed that $100 to more than $1,000 worth of merchandise by reinvesting in myself.”
