Fletcher Davidson is currently the group vice president and general manager of Toyota Motor Customer Services (TCS) Division, which includes the five after-sale departments of Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A., Inc. Davidson is responsible for service parts, accessories, product quality, dealer operations and customer relations. Fletcher is charged with leading over 2400 associates who support $3.5 billion in sales.


Davidson came to Toyota in 1973 as parts planning administrator, Davidson served as parts systems development manager, national parts supply manager, national parts logistics planning manager, corporate manager and vice president of distribution and logistics operations for NAPO. Prior to his current appointment, Davidson also served as the vice president and general manager for NAPO.

Davidson received his bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s degree in management science from the University of Southern California.
