6. Ol’ Dirty Bastard (Wu-Tang Clan), 1968-2004
Out of jail and back on the grind, Ol Dirty Bastard was at The RZA’s recording studio when he complained of chest pains and later collapsed. Ol’ Dirty Bastard was pronounced dead minutes later; the autopsy found a lethal mixture of cocaine and the prescription drug Tramadol, a synthetic opiate.
