The adult actress and model, (born Nancy Ann Coursey on July 21, 1976) was a former Penthouse Pet of the Month and Pet of the Year. Summers was found dead in her fiancé s home in 2003 from a combination of the painkillers codeine and oxycodone. Tongues have wagged about her death because Summers’ fiancé, Bracey Bobbitt, was a pharmacist.
