Today marks the 10 year anniversary of the death of Lisa ‘Left-Eye’ Lopes. The rapper, singer and songwriter lost her life April 25, 2002 in a tragic car crash in Honduras while 0n a 30 day spiritual journey.
Lopes was the third member of 90s R&B sensation TLC alongside Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins and Rozanda ‘Chilli’ Thomas.
She was noted not only for her talent but for her personality that shone through dynamic lyrics, eclectic outfits and of course her trademark left eye patches.
