Sister to Sister Hair Salon and Glam Team: Versatile Siblings Display Love of Hair, and Each Other
Sherre Moore, right, and her sister Tiffany.

Sherre Moore:

Sherre was also a prepubescent in St. Louis when she un-holstered a comb and began sculpting glam looks out of rough patches on girls heads.

Of course, Tiffany was Sherre’s first client, using the electric hot pic to straighten her hair. “Around the age of 14 she picked up my first clients ( her class mates) and continued until she left home,” recalls sister Tiffany Moore. Sherre packed her skills on the road with her for her seven-year tour of duty in the U.S. Army, where the skilled ingenue continued servicing clients in  basic training  and throughout  her time in the service. And, being a formerly military man myself, I can testify about the treacherous terrain the top of women’s heads can become after spending several days or weeks in the field without treatment.

After getting honorably discharged, She decided to make it official and enrolled at Central Texas College and received her cosmetology license. Sherre has also gone to school for radiology technician and worked in real estate and taxes. Sherre worked as an admin for a major office supply company.

Soon, Sherre joined Tiffany in Atlanta and they opened their first Salon “Split Ends Hair Studio,” and three other salons. Fifteen years later Tiffany, Sherre and Toi have now formed Sister to Sister Hair Designs. “Our goal is to cover every need. We sisters are multitalented,” Sherre says.
