Khloe Kardashian Moving on Without Lamar Odom

Well, that didn’t take long. Khloe Kardashian is going solo.

As we previously reported, Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided to pull the plug on the third season of their reality show. However, E! is reportedly desperate to keep Kardashian in their ranks, so they are already working on another spin-off show with the tallest sister alone.

It has been a disastrous season for the reigning “Sixth Man of the Year” Odom, who quickly spiraled into a mental meltdown after being  abruptly traded from his beloved Los Angeles Lakers squad to rival Dallas Mavericks in the off-season. The reality show chronicled Odom’s move to the Lone Star State from his L.A. stomps and the difficulty of getting acclimated to his new team and surroundings. After extremely lackluster play, which resulted in allegedly being beat down in the locker room by teammate Dirk Nowitzki, Odom took a prolonged leave of absence, was demoted to the NBA’s developmental league and being brought back up to the team. Eventually, Mark Cuban and the Mavs became so fed up with Odom’s mental disposition that they kicked him off the team altogether.

Odom notified E! that he wants to try to resurrect his basketball career without the glare of the spotlight over his shoulder.

But sources connected with E! says the network is talking with Khloe Kardashian about a spin-off show similar to her other show, “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.”

According to sources inside E!, Kardashian is coveted because she is a “huge draw,” and as one source put it: “We’re definitely in the Khloe Kardashian business.” –terry shropshire
