Recently, Shop 857, located in the well-heeled zip code of Lincoln Park (857 W. Armitage) celebrated the beginning of another good year in business with a party sponsored by Ciroc. Great music, tasty hors d’oeuvres, and fashionable people filled the vibrant room in celebration of the store’s anniversary.
One year ago, Kelli Jones, then an executive at the L’Atelier Group, dreamed of opening her own boutique.
“I opened the store when everyone was telling me that it was a horrible time for retail,” she says. “But I have lasted a year and it’s only getting better.”
