Amber Rose to Be Subpoenaed in Kim Kardashian Divorce

Rose Facing Subpoena From Kris Humphries

The impending Kim Kardashian/Kris Humphries divorce trial is said to be heating up now that a bevy of the exes’ friends and foes are expected to  be forced to testify. According to Radar Online, the latest name brought up in the divorce proceedings is Amber Rose, the ex-girlfriend of Kim’s current beau Kanye West. Why is the stripper turned fiancée of Wiz Khalifa relevant to the case? She’s the woman who claimed in 2011 that Kim caused her breakup with the rapper. “They were both cheating,” Rose told Star Magazine. “They were both cheating on me and Reggie [Bush] with each other…Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together. She’s a homewrecker!”

Humphries’ legal team believes Rose should be deposed because she has “very relevant information” and could contradict Kardasian’s timeline about when she and Kanye West became romantically involved, reports Radar. Kardashian has been adamant that she and her ‘Throne’ rapper started dating after she filed for divorce, but with Amber’s outburst against the socialite and the fact that West was not invited to their 2011 wedding, Humphries and his legal team have reason to think otherwise.

The basketball player is said to be in his homestate of Minnesota taping his deposition against Kim. Humphries alleges that Kardashian defrauded him by marrying him solely for TV ratings and publicity. The reality star has vehemently denied those claims and is said to be filming a deposition of her own sometime later this week. After both parties complete their depositions, a trial date will be set.

In addition to Amber Rose who’s made no qualms about her distaste for Kardashian, three others could be subpoenaed to speak out during the trial.
