All-American Chocolate Covered Strawberries
Ingredients:
16 ounces white chocolate chips
Blue sanding sugar
1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
Insert toothpicks into the tops of the strawberries. In a microwave, melt the white chocolate, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding them by the toothpicks, dip the strawberries into the white chocolate, leaving about 1/3 of the strawberry uncovered. Before the chocolate sets, dip the bottom third of the strawberry into the sanding sugar. Set strawberries on wax paper to cool.
