While Ne-yo continues to promote music and his artist Adrienne Bailon, the hit singer/songwriter continues his philanthropic work. On July 14, Ne-yo and his Compound Foundation honored legendary filmmaker George Lucas and Coca Cola for their support of youth in foster care at a private event in the Hamptons. The foundation which is devoted to foster care children, hosted a bevy of guests who enjoyed an Asian inspired meal and specialty cocktails from Malibu Red, Ne-yo’s drink of choice.
Also on hand, Arsenio Hall, who instructed attendees to help send students to the foundation’s summer program through the purchase of balloons worth $250 to $1,000. Guests like Russell Simmons, Paula Abdul, Adrienne Bailon, Rocsi Diaz, RaVaughn Brown, Jason Kidd and others helped raise $50,000.
