“Korto Momolu,who was a finalist from “Project Runway’s” fifth season, will be unveiling a new collection on Friday, Sept. 7 for NYFW! The Korto Momolu Spring/Summer 2013 collection will be the first ready-to-wear collection for the fashion designer. The collection is said to have great silhouettes and fabric selections for women sizes 2 to 12.
In other news, to celebrate “Project Runway’s” 10th anniversary, one designer was selected from each season to create a look that was under $350 for Lord & Taylor. The capsule collection includes designs from some of the favorites from the show like Chris March, Nick Verreros and Korto Momolu.
