The Black Gangster Disciples under the name Better-Growth-Development, created a creed for members to live by. It included the 7 Deadly Virtues (Envy, Jealousy, Negativity, Lying, Cheating, Stealing, Adultery), 7 Golden Virtues (Intelligence, Shrewdness, Kindness, Wisdom, Knowledge, Understanding, Loyalty) and the 5 P’s (Proper, Preparation, Prevents, Poor, Performance).
