Hip-hop was founded on the principles implemented by creative individuals who used art, music and words to describe the journey of urban cultures in America. Atlanta native Jabari Graham wanted to highlight the essence of hip-hop and created “Art, Beats + Lyrics.” Presented by Gentlemen Jack, the annual seven city tour kicked off at Compound in Atlanta. The free event featured art by established artists and music by hip-hop legends Shock G and Scarface.
