Atlanta Falcons Player John Abraham Arrested at Scene of Attempted Suicide

The Atlanta Falcons are flying high on the football field as one of the top teams in NFL. However, they are quickly becoming known as the “Jail Birds” off the field. For the second time in as many weeks, a Falcons player has been arrested.

Pro Bowl defensive end John Abraham was arrested on Monday night at Atlantic Station in Atlanta. According to reports, police received a call responding to a woman threatening to jump from from a building. Abraham was at the scene and refused to leave. The police arrested Abraham for obstruction.

It is believed that Abraham knew the woman who was later taken to Grady Hospital after she didn’t jump.

Last week, Falcons star running back Michael Turner was arrested for DUI after the team defeated the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football.
