Kanye West and his G.O.O.D. Music crew had the most impressive week in hip-hop. Cruel Summer sold 200,000 copies in the first week. Although the album often seemed rushed at times, it featured several hit songs including “Mercy,” “New God Flow” and “Clique.”
Other hip-hop artists to score big on the charts this week include 2 Chainz, DMX and Nas.
