At the BET Hip Hop Awards you just never know who will show up and show out. Be it, crazy hair, looney outfits,pranks on the carpet,mascots showing up or even props being used, it will leave you in amazement. This year on the red carpet was no different. From rapper Cash Out’s mom coming on the carpet fully tatted up in a micro mini, to the Ninja Turtles making a grand appearance,you just don’t know what to expect.
