On Thursday, Oct. 4, NBC hosted a private screening of their new high-octane drama, “Chicago Fire.” Select Charlotte, N.C., fans and tastemakers were invited to stylish, modern establishment Mez in EpiCentre Theater for an exclusive first look at the latest project from Emmy Award-winning executive producer, Dick Wolf of “Law & Order” fame.
“Chicago Fire” is an edge-of-your-seat look at the professional and personal lives of the firefighters, rescue squad personnel, and paramedics of Chicago Firehouse 51. The weekly series depicts much more than the dangers, conflicts and clutch moments faced on the job as emergency responders. It also examines the personal and relationship tolls exacted by the pressure to perform at such a high level, and the triumphs that can result when you dare to take big risks. – Kiera D. Lytle
