Jackie Takes Her Daughters To Counseling
The episode picks up where things left off with Jackie surprising her adult daughters, Chantel and Takari, with a surprise counseling session to help them end their estrangement from their mom. The girls are clearly upset, as they explicitly said they didn’t want counseling, but they go along with it and vent their feelings. Takari tells Jackie that she never felt good enough for her and Chantel explains that Jackie spent so much attention on supplying material needs that she forgot to be there emotionally for her. Chantel also adds that Jackie isn’t always genuine, which sends Jackie over the edge. Jackie angrily claims that the girls are ungrateful and that she provided the girls with a good home and that they are lying about her character. She also refuses to talk anymore about their past. Takari tells Jackie she “will never get over this” and both girls get up and leave.
