Kenya Moore promised us fireworks when it comes to her relationships with her fellow “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” cast mates. And, as promised, she provided the fireworks and more when she feuded with Cynthia Bailey on the Sunday, Nov. Nov.4 season 5 premiere. But, the feuding didn’t stop there. After the show aired, the two ladies decided to throw slanders, insults and any other verbal weapon they could find at each other in the Bravotv.com blogs.
For Moore’s part in the feud, she decided to take shots at Bailey’s long modeling career and told the 45-year-old beauty that she should “retire.”
“Even though Cynthia is a beautiful woman, at 45, maybe Cynthia should retire her dusty old wigs and worn out makeup brushes that are just as worn out as her welcome mat from the modeling industry,” she wrote.
Moore also addressed her on-air squabble with Bailey during a model casting call with JET magazine. Bailey invited Moore to help her judge a casting with Jet for their famous JET Beauty of The Week segment. However, things went south when Moore rudely critiqued the JET hopefuls and Bailey questioned Moore’s star power.
“If you don’t know, you better ask somebody,” Moore wrote. “In fact, the very audition she held for the Jet Magazine Beauty of the Week, I was chosen as a Jet Beauty. I also have a Jet Magazine cover. Do you have a Jet Magazine cover, Cynthia? No, you don’t.”
However, Bailey, who is typically reserved, decided to fight back against Moore and hurled some equally damning jabs at the actress in her own blog.
“If you are not trying to be the mean girl, then don’t be. Just shut up and judge. That’s the only reason I invited you in the first place,” Cynthia stated.
“I’m sure being such a big public figure, and a top actress/director/producer you had thousands of movie/TV jobs that you could have been working on,” she added. “And let’s not forget your busy ‘butt’ modeling schedule.”
Bailey’s disses became even more offensive as the post went on.
“Why are you so comfortable to come into my place of business and act a hot a*$ mess?” said Bailey, before bashing Moore’s skin. “Who are you and where is your dermatologist?”
And, Bailey finished her post with one last killer blow.
“No one asked your thirsty a*# to say anything in the first place!” said Cynthia, “There is no reason for me to be intimidated by you. You have nothing I want or can’t get. You are delusional.”
