Even though it’s his third DUI charge, it was Bobby Brown’s “prerogative” to plead not guilty in a Los Angeles court on Friday, Nov. 16.
The 43-year-old entertainer is denying all charges, including failing to keep a breathalyzer on his dashboard which is a court order and condition of his probation. His attorney Tiffany Feder appeared in court on his behalf.
The charges consists of driving under the influence with a refusal to submit to a breathalyzer, driving with a suspended license and driving a vehicle without an ignition interlock device.
His next court date is a pretrial hearing scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 13. He faces a maximum of two years in jail. –yvette caslin
