After a string of successful roles in Friday and Rush Hour film series, Chris Tucker took a break from acting, saying that he felt creatively stifled and that the subsequent roles he was offered weren’t “good enough.” However, Tucker made his way back to stand-up comedy last year and he’s returning to the big screen this year in the film Silver Linings Playbook.
