Ludacris brings holiday cheer to Atlanta area children

On Tuesday, Dec. 18, the Ludacris Foundation hosted its annual “Ludacrismas” holiday event.  One hundred-fifty young people were invited to this year’s event.

Each year, Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges distributes toys, books and winter clothing to inner-city youth from across metropolitan Atlanta. The children, ages 6 to 18 are members of the Thomasvile Recreation, and Mayor Kasim Reed’s Center of Hope. Kids at the event were treated to games, entertainment and great food. They also were able to take photos with Santa.

I have always believed charity starts at home. It means a lot to me to celebrate Christmas by blessing the community that shown me so much support over the years. –Ludacris
