For The Who’s Who alums of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the HBCU Inaugural Ball, a black tie event that will be held on Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Sphinx Club at Franklin Square, 1315 K Street NW, Washington, DC. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the scholarship funds of partner HBCU Alumni Chapters.
