Olivia confronts Rich and Erica
Olivia gets word that Rich is dating Erica, so she meets up with him to find out the truth. Rich insists that his relationship with Erica isn’t that serious, but Olivia is worried that if their relationship goes sour it will tarnish her brand. Later on, Olivia meets with Rich and Erica. Olivia notices the “R” tattoo on Erica’s hand, who claims that she and Rich are “rocking.” However, Rich insists that their relationship isn’t serious, which adds to Erica’s anger as she questions why Rich didn’t tell Olivia. But O continues to speak over Rich as she pokes around about the couple’s relationship status, leading Erica to walk out.
