The vessel was loaded with 343 passengers and five crew members; several of the bloody passengers tumbled out of the ferry into the murky waters; others were slammed across the deck; 57 passengers were injured, with at least one in critical condition.
A crowded New Jersey ferry crashed Wednesday when docking in lower Manhattan, injuring 57 rush hour commuters who were sent careening across the deck. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
