Hip-hop’s finest gathered in Washington DC at the 2013 Hip Hop Inaugural Ball to highlight the game changers in the hip-hop community. Among the many celebrities present, 2 Chainz, Terrence J, La La Anthony, Angela Simmons, Chanel Iman and more took time out to pose for Instagram pictures with their friends. Artists Doug E. Fresh, Wayne Brady, Yo-Yo, and Lil Mama were among the performers for the evening.
