Tahiry and Faye confront Joe
Tahiry fears for Joe’s well-being and meets with his mother, Faye, to find out what is wrong with him and much to her dismay she learns that Joe has relapsed after 14 years of sobriety. Joe’s mother explains that he’s willing to get help, but both women weep as Tahiry explains that she and Joe don’t work well together, but she still wants to be there for him. Later, Tahiry and Faye pop up at Joe’s house to confront him on his drug use. Joe says he’s open to go to therapy and church with them and he also apologizes to Tahiry for hurting her, but she’s not convinced of Joe’s sobriety or sincerity.
