“Butterscotch Bliz” Jello shot 

2 packs Instant Hot Cider mix


2 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin

1 Cup Hot Water


1 Cup Cold Water

2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps

Whipped Cream Topping, optional

Butter Scotch Topping, optional

Directions 

In a mixing bowl, combine cider mix and unflavored gelatin with hot water, stirring thoroughly to dissolve the powders. Add cold water and butterscotch schnapps and mix well. Pour into shot glasses and allow to set for 30-60 minutes until firm. To serve, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of butterscotch topping.
