“2 Point Conversion” Jello Shot 

Yellow Layer:


1 Pack Lemon Jello

1 1/2 cups Wayer


1/2 cup Absolut Limon Vodka

White Layer:

2 Cups Water

1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Packs Konx Gelatin

Directions

Yellow Layer: Boil 1 cup water and add the jello to the boiling water, stir until dissolved. Mix the vodka with a ½ cup cold water, stir slightly. Wait for jello mixture to cool slightly, then stir in the cold water and vodka mixture. Pour into 1 oz jello shot cups, about 2/3 the way full.

White Layer: Boil 1 cup water, mix in milk and set aside. Sprinkle the gelatin over ½ cup cold water, let stand. Boil ½ cup water, then blend into the gelatin mixture. Stir until dissolved. Blend the milk and gelatin mixtures and let cool to room temperature. Top the previous yellow layer with the white layer. Let chill for 1 hour.
