4 Envelopes Unflavored Gelatin


3 Cups Root Beer

1 Cup Absolut Vanilla Vodka


Whipped Cream

Directions 

Sprinkle gelatin over cold root beer in a saucepan, let stand 1 minute. Heat the root beer/gelatin mixture to a low simmer until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla vodka. Pour mixture into individual shot glasses. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours. Top each shot with whipped cream.
