How to cut calories without feeling hungry

Reduce Portions

Portion sizes often get out of control — especially when eating out. One way to reduce portions is to order from the kids menu. Not only will you cut calories, you will save a few bucks, as well.  If you are still hungry, eat a piece of fruit or drink water. Again, measure your food with a measuring spoon or scale to avoid extra calories.
