Lovie Smith and other black NFL coaches who are unemployed due to racism

Raheem Morris won 10 games during his second season as head coach of the Tampa Bay Bucs. But he was fired after the Bucs posted a 4-12 record in 2012. Morris was only given three seasons as head coach with a sub par team and he has not had another opportunity to be a head coach.
