Now that she’s finally admitted what the world already knew — that she and her notoriously hot-headed ex-boyfriend Chris Brown are back together — Rihanna doesn’t have to hide her support for the controversial R&B singer.
Brown was due in court in Los Angeles on Feb. 6 to face allegations made by the District Attorney that he’d forged documents confirming that he successfully completed community service. The service was court-ordered as part of Brown’s probation after pleading guilty to his domestic assault of Rihanna in 2009.
Having recently confirmed after months of speculation that they are indeed back together, Rihanna accompanied Brown and his mother, Joyce Hawkins, to his court hearing. Her good friend, Melissa Forde, was also along for support.
Rihanna sat close behind Chris as the proceedings commenced.
It is being reported that the judge decided to take more time to review the D.A.’s documents, as well as the documents presented by the Richmond Police Department affirming that Chris Brown had completed his community service. Brown was ordered to talk about the allegations with his probation officer within 48 hours.
A decision will be rendered on April 5.
Rihanna was spotted trying to cheer Chris up with kisses as they exited the courthouse.
