For her third consecutive Grammy performance, Rihanna turned away from a high-energy show and decided to slow things down a bit with a performance of what is perhaps her greatest ballad to date, “Stay.” Backed by singer Mykky Ekko, Rihanna gave it the good old college try, and while the performance was a good distance from terrible, it failed to match the same impact and emotion she had when performing it on “SNL” and “The X Factor.”
