Make a list and stick to it. Don’t go to the store in a hurry. Make sure you have time to read labels. Go online before you head out to the store to see what healthy foods they have on sale and may even have coupons for. Also, check out the frozen section of your grocery store, especially if you live in an area where access to fresh vegetables is limited. While fresh is best, frozen fruits and veggies run a close second, and you can often purchase these items at discount prices.
