Lil Wayne has been a rapper since the age of 11. Although he was raised in a rough environment in New Orleans, Lil Wayne spent most of his teen years touring and recording with Cash Money. At what age did he have time to be a gangster in the streets? It was apparent to most hip-hop aficionados that he was lying when he told Katie Couric during an interview, “I’m a gangster Miss Katie.” But rappers lie all the time, right?
