Usher met Durpi years before becoming a star. However, Dupri didn’t sign Usher and the young singer took his talent to LaFace Records. But during the concert, Usher revealed that he recorded more hits with Dupri than any other producer. Dupri played a major role in Usher’s unforgettable run in music during the late ’90s and mid ’00s.
