Bobby Brown heads to jail

Looks like it’s back to jail for Bobby Brown.

Bobby Brown, 44, has been sentenced to 55 days in jail for a DUI arrest October 2012. He was also sentenced to four years of probation and must complete an 18-month alcohol treatment program. This stems from his Oct. 24, 2012, arrest after being stopped for driving erratically. Police say he had alcohol on his breath. Brown pleaded no contest to the charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license. He must report to jail by March 20.

That wasn’t the first time Bobby was arrested last year.

The R&B singer was arrested twice last year, both times in Los Angeles and both for DUI. The first arrest in March 2012, Brown pleaded no contest to the charge and under a plea agreement, he checked himself into a rehabilitation center in August.
