The former teen rap star is now hosting “106 & Park,” which is a good gig. But he apparently still believes he has a viable hip-hop career. It takes major cajones to name an album no one is waiting to hear Underrated, and judging from the numerous delays, it’s obvious he’s somewhere between Gudda Gudda and Limp Bizkit on the YMCMB priority list.
